Credits

• Credits are prepaid and never expire. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
• A fabric preview costs 1 credit. Generating a 3D model costs 10 credits. Recolouring a model you have already generated is free and unlimited.
• Each pack includes a pool of free previews. The pool is spent before your credits, and you may spend it across as many photographs as you like.
• The trial pack may be purchased once per account.
• If a generation fails, the credits it consumed are returned to your balance automatically and we email you to say so. You are never charged for a result you did not receive.

Who owns what you generate

You do. You hold full commercial rights to every model generated from photography you have the rights to use, including using it in advertising, catalogues, and retail partner listings. We claim no ownership over your uploads or your output.

In return, you confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not use someone else’s product photography without their permission.

What we do not promise

Generation is automated and imperfect. A poor source photograph produces a poor model, and some pieces reconstruct better than others. That is why the fabric preview step exists: it lets you see the result before you spend credits on a mesh. We do not guarantee that any particular model will meet a particular standard.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on completed generations cannot, since the cost of producing them has been incurred. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically and do not count as spent.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
• Do not attempt to resell access to the service, or to script it in a way that circumvents credit accounting.
• Do not upload unlawful material. We may suspend an account that does.
